Description

This inspector conducts field inspections, reviews plans, and provides other technical services for manufactured dwelling parks, recreational parks, organizational camps, and picnic parks.

The Oregon Building Codes Division no longer issues the Park and Camp Inspector certification - it is currently a legacy certification. The scope of work for this inspector certification now requires an Oregon Inspector Certification (OIC) and the appropriate Oregon Code Certification for the Oregon Residential Specialty Code for the specific discipline being used.

Renewal Information

A renewal notice will be mailed to the licensee approximately six weeks prior to the expiration of the license. Fees will be explained on the renewal form. Renewal fees vary by license type.
