File this type of entity if you wish to become an Oregon Limited Liability Company (LLC).
"Articles of Organization" or "Articles" include Amended
Articles of Organization, Restated Articles of Organization, Articles of Merger, Articles of Conversion, and corrections thereto.
"Limited Liability Company" or "Domestic Limited Liability Company" means an entity that is an unincorporated association having one or more members that is organized under ORS Chapter 63.
