Description

This inspector conducts onsite field inspections of manufactured dwelling or park trailer installations including site preparation, setbacks, draining, stand, foundation support, earthquake bracing systems, tie-downs, under-floor enclosures, access, egress, plumbing utility connections (within 30 lineal feet of the manufactured dwelling), mechanical connections and electrical feeder assembly connections, electrical fixture connections, and plumbing, mechanical, and electrical crossover connections for manufactured structures under ORS 446.230 and 446.240.

The Oregon Building Codes Division no longer issues the manufactured structure installation inspector certification - it is currently a legacy certification. The scope of work for this inspector certification now requires an Oregon Inspector Certification (OIC) and the appropriate Oregon Code Certification for the Oregon Residential Specialty Code for the specific discipline being used.
