Salem, OR – Today, Governor Tina Kotek made the following statement applauding another bump in the road for President Trump’s attack on vote-by-mail—with a court siding with Oregon and stopping the U.S. Postal Service’s mail ballot rule from going into effect.

“Oregon has shown the country that vote-by-mail works. It’s secure, trusted, and gives every eligible Oregonian a voice. President Trump and the U.S. Postal Service have to follow the law—just like everybody else. This fight is non-negotiable—just like your right to vote. We will see it through.”
