Governor Tina Kotek Submits Appointments for Senate Confirmation
Today, Governor Tina Kotek submitted a list of state board and commission appointments to the Oregon Senate for confirmation. The Senate Committee on Rules is scheduled to consider the nominations on April 18, 2023.
“I am grateful to each nominee for their willingness to lead and serve the public with accountability and transparency. Since my first day on the job as your governor, I have been guided by one simple idea: make life better for Oregonians,” Governor Kotek said. “That means doing the big things well – housing, education, behavioral health – and meaningful attention to detail, including the boards and commissions intended to advance the progress of our state on a wide range of issues. The individuals I am nominating today have diverse backgrounds, viewpoints and visions, and are united in their commitment to serve.”
