Today, Governor Tina Kotek ordered all flags at Oregon public institutions to be flown at half-staff pursuant of 4 U.S.C. § 7(m) on Memorial Day, Monday, May 26, 2025, from sunrise until noon the same day.

“On Memorial Day, we honor our fallen service members with deep gratitude,” Governor Kotek said. “The First Lady and I keep them and their families in our hearts. May they be forever remembered for their courage and sacrifice for the safety of our state and nation.”
