Governor Kate Brown Orders Flags Lowered to Half-Staff in Remembrance of Sept. 11, 2001
Governor Kate Brown ordered flags at all public institutions throughout Oregon to be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Friday, Sept. 11 for Patriot Day.
