Oregon Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program
Program accredits laboratories performing environmental testing for the Safe Drinking Water Act, Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act as implemented by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Program also accredits laboratories for compliance testing of Cannabis and Psilocybin as implemented by Oregon statute.
Marijuana Wholesaler

Can purchase hemp from licensed processors and sell hemp items to licensed retailers, processors, and other wholesalers.
Marijuana Worker Permit
Persons employed in the OLCC-licensed recreational marijuana industry, including licensees, must have a valid Marijuana Worker Permit. This includes anyone working at a business with any of the following OLCC licenses: Laboratory Producers Processors Retailers Wholesalers Individuals must be 21 years of age or older to be eligible for a marijuana worker permit.

This license provides the ability to process, compound, or convert marijuana or hemp into cannabinoid products, concentrates, and/or extracts.

Can sell or deliver marijuana or hemp items directly to consumers.

Medical Marijuana Program Registry Identification Card
The Oregon Medical Marijuana Program (OMMP) oversees the medical marijuana cardholder registry for patients and regulates medical marijuana dispensaries, processors and grow sites. Our role includes administering the Oregon Medical Marijuana Act by overseeing the registration, database, tracking and reporting requirements for patients, growers, processors and dispensaries.
