School Psychologists assess students' mental aptitude, emotional development, motor skills, or educational progress; design educational programs for students and confer with licensed personnel regarding such programs and confer with parents regarding assessments. (Must be licensed School Psychologist to function in these roles.)

Certification of individuals and firms engaged in lead-based paint inspection, risk assessment, abatement and renovation in housing or child-occupied facilities built before 1978. “Lead-based paint activities” means inspection, risk-assessment, project design, and/or abatement. “Renovation” means any renovation, repair, and/or painting projects that disturb painted surfaces on housing or child-occupied facilities built before 1978.

This certification allows the holder to instruct the boating safety course, "Boat Oregon - A Course on Responsible Boating", to boaters in communities throughout Oregon. The "Boat Oregon" course is a high quality, low cost course designed to promote safe boating practices reduce boating accidents, injuries, and violations on Oregon waters.

This is an apprenticeship for the sign fabricators craft and leads to the Limited Journeyman Sign Electrician license. Sign fabricators craft signs by hand from a variety of materials including metal, plastic and glass. Tools used include state-of-the-art equipment such as computerized numerical control (CNC) cutting machines and computer driven plotters, as well as traditional equipment such as hydraulic cranes for installations and repairs.
