Description

Authorized Agent: An individual granted designated powers to act for the owner through a written instrument signed by the owner and filed in accordance with the Rules of Racing. A person with power of attorney to act for another is an authorized agent.

Duplicate License Requirements

If a license is lost or destroyed, a replacement fee of $10 may be required for a duplicate license. Duplicate license expiration date is the same as the original license.
