Tanning Sales, Service, and Operator Training Vendor License
Tanning vendors are required to obtain a license and pay an annual validation fee of $500 prior to the sale of tanning devices, supplies, services, or operator training courses in Oregon. Fireworks, Retail Sales Permit
Permit authorizes the permit holder to purchase, transport, possess, store and sell Retail Fireworks, at retail, when otherwise in conformance with all applicable requirements of ORS 480.111 through 480.165, OAR Chapter 837, Division 12, and any other applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations pertaining to fireworks.
