Description

X-Ray equipment vendors who sell, install, provide related services, provide consultation services or service X-Ray machines are required to apply for and receive a license prior to providing services in Oregon.

Duration

Renewed every 3 years. Cycle runs July 1-June 30.

Renewal Information

Notification to renew is emailed prior to expiration of current license.
Notification to renew is emailed prior to expiration of current validation certificate.

License runs on a 3-year set cycle. Running from July 1 thru June 30 and must be renewed every three years.
Validation Certificates are annual, running from January 1 thru December 1 and must be renewed every year.

Processing Time	Description
1 Month	Applications go through a two-tier review; initial and technical. Technical reviews are completed by field staff and can depend on their inspection schedule so please allow as much time as possible to work through the approval process.
