Description
Permit authorizes the permit holder to purchase, transport, possess, store and sell Retail Fireworks, at retail, when otherwise in conformance with all applicable requirements of ORS 480.111 through 480.165, OAR Chapter 837, Division 12, and any other applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations pertaining to fireworks.
Duration
Valid June 23 through July 6.

Duplicates must be requested in writing, and include the signature of the person who originally signed the permit.

Other Information
Permit cannot be subcontracted or leased. Fee non-transferrable & non-refundable. No one convicted of violating ORS 480/OAR 837 or having had a permit suspended, denied or revoked shall store, distribute, transport or sell retail fireworks for 3 years.
