Description
Annual Combination Hunting and Angling License for Oregon Residents Only. To purchase a resident license, residents 18 years of age and older must show proof of Oregon residency for six months immediately preceding the date of the application. All hunters must submit a social security number prior to obtaining hunting license.

*If an annual license/tag is lost, destroyed or stolen, the holder may request a duplicate license from any license agent. The duplicate license/tag may be used in lieu of the lost, destroyed or stolen license.
ORS 497.032 covers duplicate licenses.

Required Documentation
Proof of residency may include an Oregon driver's license, Oregon nondriver's license identification card, or three pieces of identification, one of which shows your name, current address, and indicates six month residency in Oregon.
