If you have interacted with Oregon's circuit courts recently, the Oregon Judicial Department (OJD) wants to hear from you.

OJD is asking court users to take an anonymous Access & Fairness Survey. The survey results will help OJD identify ways to improve and ensure that everyone has equal access to the courts.

"Our mission at the judicial branch is to provide fair and accessible justice services to all. To help achieve that mission and guide our work, we want to hear from you — those who have used the state courts," Oregon Supreme Court Chief Justice Meagan A. Flynn said. "Gathering feedback from those we serve is vital for maintaining accountability and seeing how well we are meeting our commitments."

OJD invites anyone who has interacted with the state circuit courts to participate. This includes people involved in lawsuits or other court cases and their family members. This also includes witnesses, jurors and potential jurors, victims, attorneys, and law enforcement.

The survey is available online in English, Spanish, Russian, Traditional Chinese, and Vietnamese. People who prefer a paper survey can ask for a copy at their local court.

The Oregon Judicial Department (OJD) includes the Oregon Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, Tax Court, circuit courts in every county, and the Office of the State Court Administrator. The mission of OJD is to provide fair and accessible justice services that protect the rights of individuals, preserve community welfare, and inspire public confidence. OJD is committed to protecting rights and democracy by maintaining a strong, fair, and impartial court system.
