Share your feedback on intellectual and developmental disabilities services

Do you or someone you know get intellectual and developmental disabilities services? Do you have any unanswered questions? Would you like to share your feedback?

The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) Office of Developmental Disabilities Services (ODDS) leadership team invites you to meet and share your experiences. In August, they will start hosting monthly community listening sessions on Zoom. Interim Director Dana Hittle or Interim Deputy Director Darlene O’Keeffe will be there along with other staff members from ODDS.

“Please come,” said Hittle. “We’ll have a conversation. You can ask us questions and learn more about our services. We’ll listen to your feedback and experiences. We want to be sure your needs are being met. Your feedback helps us learn and improve.”

Monthly meeting details

We want everyone to feel welcome and safe. We provide free support for you to fully participate, including:

  • American Sign Language
  • Spanish interpreter
  • Live captioning

If you need other languages or supports, call 503-945-5811 or email ODDS.Questions@odhs.oregon.gov by July 31. We accept relay calls.

In-person meetings across the state

ODDS is also hosting in-person listening sessions across the state. We’ll be in Ontario on Aug. 20–21.

“Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback,” said Hittle. “We are always working to improve. Your feedback is an essential part of that process.”
