The Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA) is pleased to announce the launch of the Agriculture Workforce Housing Grant application period on January 17, 2025. With $5 million in funding available, this grant program can support housing operators in meeting OR-OSHA requirements, helping ensure compliance with critical health and safety standards.
Applications are open through March 18, 2025. Eligible applicants must operate an OR-OSHA-registered agriculture workforce housing site and submit a completed application form, including proof of registration, a project description, and a detailed budget. Application materials are available on the ODA website at https://oda.direct/grants.
To help applicants navigate the process, ODA is hosting two virtual open houses:
- January 24, 2025, from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m.
- March 7, 2025, from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.
These sessions will cover program details, offer step-by-step guidance for completing the application, and provide an opportunity for live Q&A with ODA staff.
