46th Food Safety & Sanitation Workshop
The 2026 Food Safety and Sanitation (FSS) Workshop will be held November 3-4, 2026, in Portland. The FSS Workshop addresses basic sanitation as well as cutting edge issues related to food sanitation and food safety.
