DEQ to re-open public comment period for Ballast Water Management rulemaking
The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality is re-opening the public comment period for the Ballast Water Management 2016 rulemaking beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, June 20, 2016. DEQ will accept public comments on the proposed rules until 4:00 p.m. on Friday, July 8, 2016.
