DEQ Portland-area vehicle emission test stations closed Friday, June 23 for staff training
Stations resume normal hours Saturday, June 24

The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality's Portland-area vehicle emission test stations, including Scappoose, will be closed Friday, June 23 for Vehicle Inspection Program staff training. The stations will reopen on Saturday, June 24, on their regular hours, from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Scappoose station will be open special hours Thursday, June 22 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The Portland stations' regular hours of operation are Tuesdays through Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. On Wednesdays only, the stations are open from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. The stations are closed Sundays, Mondays and holidays. The Scappoose station is open Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. It is closed Sundays through Thursdays.
