DEQ issues $6,400 penalty to Hillsboro Landfill, Inc., for failure to adequately cover asbestos waste
The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality has issued a $6,400 penalty to Hillsboro Landfill, Inc., for failure to adequately cover disposed asbestos-containing waste at its facility located at 3205 SE Minter Bridge Rd., Hillsboro.
