All Oregon Department of Environmental Quality offices, including vehicle emission test stations, are closed for the 3-day holiday weekend; Saturday, May 27 through Monday, May 29 in observance of Memorial Day.
The Scappoose station will be open on Thursday, May 25 and Friday, May 26. All DEQ locations will resume their normal schedule on Tuesday, May 30 after the holiday.
