Environmental Quality Commission to meet Thursday and Friday, March 21-22 in Eugene (hybrid)

The Oregon Environmental Quality Commission will hold its next regular meeting on March 21-22, 2024, at the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality office in Eugene and via Zoom.

DEQ staff will present a proposed rule for the commission’s consideration that addresses gasoline dispensing facility emissions.

DEQ staff will also brief the commission on the following:

  • Coastal Zone Amendments and Reauthorization Act update
  • Climate Protection Program update
  • Governor Kotek’s expectations for agencies
  • 2024 Legislative session debrief
  • Agency Request Budget update
  • Strategic planning update

The meeting will take place in the Willamette Conference Room at the DEQ Eugene office, 165 E. Seventh Ave., Suite 100, Eugene, OR 97405.
