$1200 civil penalty issued by DEQ to Canby dry cleaners for failing to submit annual report
The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality has issued a $1200 civil penalty to Canby Cleaners, LLC for failing to failing to respond to an order to submit a 2015 annual report for their dry cleaning business located at 329 SE 1st Ave., in Canby, OR.
DEQ issued a Notice of Civil Penalty Assessment and Order in August 2016, requesting the annual report to which Canby Cleaners, LLC did not respond. By not responding, the order became final, resulting in a Class I violation and civil penalty.
Canby Cleaners, LLC has not responded to this most recent class I violation.
