Required prior to importing into Oregon any oysters for the purpose of planting into the waters of this state.
Blasting Permit, Inwater

Habitat Conservation Stamp
Annual stamp to benefit conservation of Oregon native species and habitats. Revenue will be used for restoration of the native habitats that are home to the state fish and wildlife. The Habitat Conservation Stamp is available for purchase at ODFW license sales agents and ODFW offices that sell licenses.
Fish Transport Permit
Required to transport live fish into, within or out of this state; hold any live fish in the waters of this state; or release or attempt to release any live fish into the waters of this state. Commercial Fishing - Albacore Tuna Landing License
The albacore tuna landing license may be obtained in lieu of a commercial fishing and boat license when landing only albacore tuna. Application for this license may be made and the fee paid at the time of landing, on the ODFW application form. This license allows unlimited landings of albacore tuna by the vessel during the calendar year of issue. A fish landed is required to be sold to a licensed wholesale fish dealer or fish canner.
Raffle Tickets - Mt. Goat
Residents and Non-residents may purchase raffle tickets. All raffle ticket sales are non-refundable. Raffle tickets can be purchased from any point of sale agent, online at www.odfw.com/online_license_sales, or by mail/fax using the order form in the Big Game Regulations by May 1.
Bass Fishing Tournament Permit
A permit from ODFW is not required for a small tournament (fewer than 25 boats or 50 anglers participating). However, to be legal, you must notify the Oregon State Police (OSP) and the local ODFW District Fish Biologist of the location, date, and time of the tournament at least 10 days prior to the commencement of the event.
