Food Service Licenses
Licensure and inspection of food service facilties serving the public. This license covers restaurants, temporary restaurants, bed & breakfasts, limited service restaurants, mobile units, commissaries, warehouses, and vending machines. Contact your local County Environmental Health Office to obtain your food service license.
Mobile Food Units
Food service license to operate a mobile food unit (food cart/truck). Licenses are available for different class types based on food prepared on unit. Requirements for water and wastewater capacity are based on the class of mobile unit. A commissary or warehouse license may be required for mobile units with complex food preparation.

Mobile Food Unit License
A mobile food unit may only operate in an approved parking lot, or other hard surface area, where the off-street parking requirements for all uses or activities served by the off-street parking area are met.

Mobile Food Vendor's License
All persons operating a mobile food unit in the city limits must first procure a license to do so. Only one natural person may hold a license and a license holder may hold only one license at a time. No partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies, other entities, or multiple person are eligible. The license holder must also be the sole holder of a Class II, III, or IV mobile food unit license.

Mobile Food Vendor Application
A Mobile Food Vendor means and includes every person who occupies a fixed location and who is engaged in or participating in a temporary or transient business of selling or exhibiting for sale, or purchasing, food, beverages, or other use similar in nature as approved by the City, of any name or nature in the city.
