Employees of the companies that cater to the front or back sides of a race track must have a Commission license.

This license covers restaurants, temporary restaurants, bed & breakfasts, limited service restaurants, mobile units, commissaries, warehouses, and vending machines. Contact your local County Environmental Health Office to obtain your food service license.
Mobile Food Units
Food service license to operate a mobile food unit (food cart/truck). Licenses are available for different class types based on food prepared on unit. Requirements for water and wastewater capacity are based on the class of mobile unit. A commissary or warehouse license may be required for mobile units with complex food preparation.
