Description
The Sea Urchin/Cucumber Limited Entry Permit is required in addition to a commercial fishing license for sea urchin harvest. Prior year permit renewable if diver harvested 5,000 pounds of sea urchins in the prior year. No new permits are available.

Duplicate License Requirements
$18.50 (per document)
If a license/permit is lost, destroyed or stolen, the holder may request a duplicate from a full service license agent including Salem Headquarters, Astoria, Newport, and Charleston. The duplicate license may be used in lieu of the lost, destroyed or stolen license/permit.
