Description

Water Rights Examiners make water measurements, enforce water laws, inspect wells and dams for safety, and prepare for the water needs of a growing population. Water Right Examiners are individuals currently registered in Oregon as Professional Land Surveyors, Professional Engineers, or Professional Geologists that are also certified to perform the surveying, mapping, hydraulic computations, and information-gathering duties required by OAR Chapter 690, Division 014.
