A Real Estate Marketing Organization (REMO) finds, or offers to find, potential clients to purchase, sell, lease, or rent real estate. This service is provided to brokers, principal brokers and property managers for a fee.

​REMOs must be licensed by the Oregon Real Estate Agency. REMO employees must be registered by the Agency.
