Only certain qualified individual architects and architectural firms may use the title of “Architect” as follows:
* Those individual architects and architectural firms who have been notified by the Board they have qualified as an Oregon individual architect or architectural firm and hold an active Oregon certificate of registration
* Those individual architects and architectural firms who qualify under ORS 671.010 and 671.020(2)
