Prerequisites
A propagation facility operational plan must be developed in consultation with ODFW and approved before any activity may occur under this license. Fish Transport Permits are required to transport fish or eggs into, outside of, or within Oregon.

A record of all business transactions involving the sale, purchase, shipment or loss of fish or eggs must be maintained at the facility and are subject to inspection.
