Description

The online wagering management person is in shall enforce all pari-mutuel rules of the commission; shall ensure that minors are not allowed to wager; shall ensure that wagering facilities and pari-mutuel clerks present a neat appearance and that clerks conduct themselves in a professional manner.

Duplicate License Requirements

If a license is lost or destroyed, a replacement fee of $10 may be required for a duplicate license. Duplicate license expiration date is the same as the original license.
