Fee for service program, not a license. An official tag may be prepared and issued by the Oregon Department of Agriculture certifying that seed has met sod quality standards and may be labeled as "Oregon Sod Quality Seed" or as meeting the tolerance standard for endophyte fungus and may be labeled as "Endophyte Fungus Tested."
