Description
This is a registration for individuals that provide outdoor recreational trips or activities for compensation on land or water they do not own or solely control.
Duration
Expire 6/30(non-boating) or 12/31 of each year

Duplicate License Requirements
Reprints of Outfitter Guide registrations can be ordered online in the Boat Oregon Store. Fee is $20 per reprint.
Prerequisites and Requirements
Required Documentation
The surety bond must be submitted with the original signature.
Examination Information
The First Aid/CPR, Motorized Passenger Boat Operator's Certification and Coast Guard licensing requirements have exams.
Continuing Education Requirements
To maintain the Motorized Passenger Boat Operator's Certification, you must pass the exam every 5 years.
Bonding Requirements
A $5,000 Surety Bond is required for any Outfitter Guide who accepts deposits in excess of $100.00 per person.
Insurance Requirements
$500,000 of general liability.
