This application is for those who wish to become a Notary Public in Oregon.
There is no renewal process; each notary must reapply every 4 years.

Prerequisites
Complete the Notary Commission Application form. If you have either been convicted of a felony, a crime involving fraud, dishonesty or deceit or had a previous notary public commission revoked during the 10-year period preceding the application date, you cannot become a Notary Public.
