Description
Oregon Hunter Education Instructors are volunteers from across the state who have been specifically trained to deliver hunter education courses.

Renewal Information
Must perform regular background check and trainings as required by the ODFW volunteer coordinator.

Prerequisites
Pass State Police background check.
Required Documentation
Complete application and have attended a hunter safety course within the last 12 months.
Examination Information
The training can be accomplished by completing the new instructor packet, passing the background checks and attending a in-person training course taught by an ODFW hunter education coordinator.
