Description

For the purpose of offsetting costs to the City associated with the enforcement of the Rental Housing Code, an annual fee, imposed by the City Council, is set for each dwelling unit covered by a rental agreement. The total annual fee for fraternities, sororities, and other similar group living structures will be calculated based on the occupancy capacity of each structure divided by the U.S. Census-determined average household size of renter-occupied units, multiplied by the annual per-unit fee.
