Description
An entity that is able to perform all the functions privileged to a landscape contracting business license: plan and install lawns, shrubs, vines, trees & other nursery stock plus plan and install fences, decks, arbors, driveways, walkway, patios, landscape edging, retaining walls, water features, irrigation and backflow. DEPENDENT ON PHASE OF LICENSE OF OWNER OR EMPLOYEE ASSOCIATED WITH BUSINESS.

Prerequisites
The business must either employ or have an owner that is a licensed individual landscape construction professional who holds the phase of licensure the business desires to contract and perform and an owner or designated managing employee who has taken the 16 hour course and passed the Laws, Rules & Business Practices exam if the owner or managing employee is not a licensed landscape contruction professional.
