Description
An insurer is a company offering protection through the sale of an insurance policy to an insured. Before transacting insurance in Oregon, an insurer must possess a certificate of authority. A foreign insurer is an insurer whose state of domicile is a state other than Oregon.

Renewal fee is included in the annual tax return form which is accessed on the Insurance Division iReg Reporting System at
