Certification is required if you wish to become an Oregon Limited Partnership. A Limited Partnership must have at least one general partner and one limited partner.
Definition - "Limited Partnership" and "Domestic Limited Partnership" mean a Partnership formed by two or more persons under the laws of this state and having one or more general partners and one or more limited partners.
