Description

The term "Branch Office" is defined as a location, separate from the principal place of business of the licensed mortgage broker or mortgage banker ("licensee"), where a licensee or persons authorized to act on behalf of a licensee perform the activities described in Chapter 86A - Mortgage Lending.
