Description

The Oregon Building Codes Division (BCD) administers the Oregon Manufactured Home Ownership Records System. Ownership document transactions, such as recording new home ownership or transferring ownership, generally occur at the county jurisdiction level. To file a manufactured home ownership document or transaction, first contact your county assessment or taxation office. The Building Codes Division will not process a document transaction unless it has been first submitted to a county assessor's office.
