Description
Current state of the Dry Cleaner Program:
DEQ's Dry Cleaner Program is no longer financially viable. The dry cleaning industry has declined over time and fee revenue has declined with it. Fees no longer provide sufficient revenue to clean up additional contaminated properties. DEQ does not anticipate revenue increases because of this continued decline. Please visit
