Description
The Timeshare Sales Agent license is a real estate license that allows an individual to only sell or offer to sell timeshares. A timeshare sales agent cannot engage in traditional real estate transactions, property management, or any other professional real estate activities outside their specialized area.
Timeshare sales agents must work under the supervision of a managing principal broker. They cannot work independently, nor can they supervise other licensees.
The time as a licensed timeshare sales agent will not count toward the experience needed to be licensed as a principal broker.
