Description
An Oregon Crew Member is an employee who assists with fishing activities, or the operation of a boat used for fishing, under the direct supervision of an Outfitter Guide who is physically present and in direct communication with the Crew Member.
Duration
Expires 12/31 of each year.

Duplicate License Requirements
Reprints of the crew member may be ordered online at the Boat Oregon Store. Fee is $20 per reprint.

The First Aid/CPR certification has an exam. CPR portion must have a hands-on skills test.

Insurance Requirements
The crew member must be covered by their employer's liability insurance or their own liability insurance of $500,000 per occurrence.
