Description

This is to register businesses with the City of Independence to ensure compliance with general business and zoning regulations. Operating a business is one of the following: 1. selling goods or services; 2. soliciting business or offering goods or services for sale, hire, trade or barter; 3. acquiring or using any vehicle or any premises for business purposes. (City code Chapter 8, Article 1.)
