Description
Contractors with this license may ONLY operate a business offering home energy performance scores, which means a score assigned to a residential building using the home energy performance score system adopted by the Oregon Department of Energy.

This license must be renewed every 2 years.

Prerequisites and Requirements
Prerequisites
In order to hold this license, the business must be owned by or employ a certified Home Energy Assessor.
Required Documentation
Proof of the bond and insurance must be submitted with the initial application, and be maintained at all times through the duration of the license.

$10,000 residential bond
Insurance Requirements
$100,000 per occurrence liability insurance
