With this license, a business may offer service, repair, or replacement for specific components in a residential structures through a licensed contractor under a home services (warranty) agreement.

Prerequisites
Contractors holding this license may ONLY operate a business offering service, repair or replacement under a home services (warranty) agreement. No other contractor activities may be performed.
Required Documentation
Proof of the bond and insurance must be submitted with the initial application, and be maintained at all times through the duration of the license.
