Description

All mobile vendors OR businesses that will operate less than 90 days, within the City of Hillsboro, are required to obtain a mobile/temporary business permit prior to starting their business.

Mobile Business: business operating from a vehicle including a bicycle on which food is prepared or processed, and/or from which food or other goods are sold or dispensed to the public.

Temporary Business: business operating at a fixed location for no more than 180 consecutive days, from which goods, other than prepared foods, are sold or dispensed to the public.
