Prerequisites
Master's Degree in counseling or marriage and family therapy from an accredited program, or from a regionally accredited university or college with specific programmatic requirements.
Professional Counselor Associates are applicants for licensure as professional counselors, and Marriage and Family Therapist Associates are applicants for licensure as marriage and family therapists.
Examination Information
Must pass national and Oregon law and rules exams prior to becoming licensed.
